Trent Reutiman

Trent is a seasoned MedTech executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning early-stage clinical development to global commercial execution in venture-backed, market-disruptive medical technologies. He brings a strong combination of strategic vision, operational execution, and proven success in fundraising, market expansion, clinical strategy, and medical device innovation to his role at Anaconda.

Previously he was CEO of Mercator MedSystems, and Global Vice President of Commercial Operations at IDEV Technologies (acquired by Abbott for $310M). He also held executive roles at ROX Medical, Omnisonics, and RITA Medical. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Colorado State University and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Hendrik Lambert

Hendrik has a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of innovative medical device technologies in early start-ups and in large size international companies. He has experience in the field of cardiac, vascular and neurological therapies, always with the aim of creating new standards of care.

Prior to joining Anaconda Biomed, he was the co-founder and Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at ONWARD Medical in Lausanne, Switzerland, and previously was Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at Endosense, which was acquired by St Jude Medical (now Abbott.

Dr. Iñaki Galve

Inaki’s background includes a chemistry degree, a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, and a PhD in Drug Discovery (Organic Chemistry) at Institut Químic de Sarrià (Barcelona). He has successfully worked in drug discovery, biopolymers, and medical devices development both in research and management roles. His main fields of working include cancer, immunological and neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. He has been involved from early stages of product conception to late regulatory and commercialization. His recent achievements have been in the field of cardiovascular medical devices, mainly drug eluting stents.

Finance Director

Maria Jose Alonso

Maria Jose began her career at Anaconda as the Administrative Officer, and her role has expanded over time to encompass budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tecnologico de Monterrey, followed by a Master’s from ESNECA Business School with a focus on payroll, social insurance, settlements and contracts.

Operations Director

Jordi Cardona

Jordi has more than 30 years of experience, primarily as Industrial Director in Medical Device business. He has led Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D in multinational and big family companies. He has expertise in process automation and process outsourcing in India, China, and Tunisia and has successfully implemented several Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) processes.

He has a telecommunications engineer degree from La Salle (Ramon Llull University), a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from Polytechnical Catalonia University, and an Executive MBA degree from La Salle (Ramon Llull University) and St. Mary’s College (San Francisco, California).

Dr. Ofir Arad

With a degree in Chemical Sciences from Institut Químic de Sarrià, Barcelona and a PhD in Organic Chemistry, Barcelona, Dr. Arad has 15 years of experience in the biomedical field. After a period developing pharmaceutical compounds and photosensitizers for Cancer Photodynamic Therapy, he developed multiple materials for the medical devices industry: biopolymers and their formulations for controlled drug release applications, lubricious coatings and radiopaque materials for endovascular catheters, chemical enhancement of biomaterials for aortic percutaneous valves and advanced adhesives for medical applications.

Monica Barrett

Monica is an accomplished leader with 25 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device spaces. For Anaconda she manages compliance with global regulatory and quality standards. She holds a BS in Chemistry & Biochemistry from UC, San Diego and a Masters in Biotechnology from San Jose State University. She is experienced in developing, clearing, and bringing novel technologies to market, including Stryker Endoscopy’s first wireless surgical monitor, Abbott’s AbsorbTM Stent, and Eargo’s first self-fitting OTC hearing aid.

Tina Cordaro

Tina oversees global clinical trial execution, including CRO management. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from St. John Fisher University and a Master’s Degree in Public and Health Care Administration from SUNY (Brockport). She is currently working toward a PhD in Clinical Research from the University of Jamestown. Her career started in patient care, then she transitioned to field sales and market development before moving into corporate roles including field clinical engineering, clinical trial management, and clinical affairs at Boston Scientific, Recor, and Elixir Medical prior to joining Anaconda.
